Nairobi International Convention on the Removal of Wrecks (WRC)
As you will be aware the Nairobi International Convention on the Removal of Wrecks (WRC) will enter into force on 15th April 2015. Owners operating vessels that are flagged or operating in a State Party will be required to obtain WRC Blue Cards from their insurers to meet the requirements of the Convention.
